What is this notice?

This notice is to tell you about the settlement of a class action lawsuit, Song, et al. v. Weee! Logistics, Inc., et al., brought on behalf of people who worked as W-2 or 1099 delivery drivers at Weee! in California. If you worked as a driver for Weee! in California (including through Freedom Steed, or RicePo) from March 4, 2018 to February 6, 2024, you may be a member of the group of people affected, called the “class”, and you may be entitled to money as part of the settlement. This notice tells you how to get more information about the settlement.



Did you work as a W-2 or 1099 delivery driver at Weee! in California between March 4, 2018 and February 6, 2024?

Receive Payment If you did not receive a separate notice of this lawsuit and settlement in the mail, it is likely that you are not identified in Weee!’s existing employment records. In order to participate in the settlement, you will need to provide information regarding your identity, location, and employment as a driver at Weee! You may do so by submitting an attestation form or by other means sufficient to show the required information.
Opt Out Submit an opt out form. Get no class payment, keep the right to sue Weee! about the same issues.
Object Tell the Court why you don’t like the settlement.


You must pursue one of these options by: January 4, 2025
